 If you're not happy with your order for any reason, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right.

Manufacturing Defects: Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, contact us within 30 days of delivery at hi@psfcarbon.com with your order number, clear photos of the defect, and a brief description of the issue. If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or full refund at our discretion.

Important Notes: Normal wear, installation damage, improper installation, or cosmetic variation in carbon fiber weave do not qualify for a refund. Sale items, custom orders, and gift cards are final sale.

Refunds Approved: refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
