Your order will be processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) to ensure quality checks, packaging, and preparation for shipment. Once processed, your order will be shipped according to the selected shipping method:

- Lambo Express Shipping (if applicable): Delivery within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after processing.

Returns Made Easy
To start a return, simply contact us at psfcarbon@gmail.com. Please ensure that the items are unused, show no signs of wear, and are in their original packaging.
The cost of postage for the item to be returned back to us will be deducted from the return amount (typically around $10-$15)
Once we receive your return request, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.
Important:
- Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
- Upon receiving the returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they meet our return criteria.
- Refund Period Is Only valid for 1 Week After Delivery
